• Wellness and Retreat Programming includes interactive lectures on wellness topics such as food as medicine, intro to mind body medicine, meditation and more! Welcome Beachside Buffet, 4 breakfasts, Non-alcoholic beverages,  4 lunches, 3 meditation/yoga sessions, sound bowl healing, farm excursion, pajama vision board party w/canapes, cooking class, and welcome gift.

• Retreat Tuition is $887. This fee is separate from and in addition to your accommodation and food fees below.  This fee reserves your spot in the retreat and includes all wellness programming and excursion. 
• Retreat Accommodations pricing is inclusive of  a curated selection of food and non-alcoholic beverages ( see below).  ***Accommodation rates vary by bed type, view, and occupancy).
• Option to extend your selected room rate beyond the retreat for up to 2 additional days at the retreat rate.

To register for the destination wellness retreat, please follow these steps in this order:

• • Step 1: Register HERE by submitting a down payment to secure your spot at the retreat.
  • Step 2: You will receive an email confirming your deposit and that your spot is reserved.
  • Step 3: Use the link and confirmation code provided in the follow up email to connect with the resort concierge, review room descriptions/detail/configuration, and book your preferred accommodation type.

Note room types and retreat spots are limited and will be taken in the order received.  Early registration is encouraged. You are not able to book a room until you have reserved your paid spot with a deposit.

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and we want to make sure our participants have clear expectations when it comes to cancellations. This is an intimate and personalized retreat, many items, menus, etc., are specially ordered long before the event commencement. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Deposits & Refunds:
   • A deposit is required to secure your spot at the wellness retreat.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
   • Up to 3 months before the event: If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $250 administration fee.
   • August 1- October 15th: If you cancel during this time, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit, minus the $250 administration fee.
   • October 16 th until November 12 th: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 4 weeks of the retreat start date.
3. Non-Refundable Administration Fee: The $250 admin fee is non-refundable and applies to all.

Once you have arrived at Owen Roberts International Airport, VIDA is a short 20min drive away.
